CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Saheed A. Amzat, CFA
Adedayo Amzat, CFA, is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Zedcrest Group. The Group's businesses include Securities Dealing, Retail Financing, Investment Management, and Principal Investing through its operating subsidiaries. The Zedcrest Group is a market leader in the financial services space and was rated by the Financial Times as Africa’s fastest-growing financial services firm in 2022. He holds an Executive MBA degree from the London Business School and is a fellow of the Institute of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM) in Nigeria. He also holds the prestigious CFA charter and is a member of the Nigerian CFA Society. Adedayo is also a Director at Ingentia Energies, the operator of the Egbolom Field (OML 23), newly licensed under the 2020 marginal field bid round by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC). Mr Amzat is deeply passionate about people development and the empowerment of economically disadvantaged communities. Through the Adedayo Amzat Foundation, he provides STEM education in villages and small towns in Nigeria to expand the opportunity horizon for indigent populations.

Renah Osiemi
Renah Osiemi is a certified investment and wealth management professional with over 14 years' experience in sales, business development, strategy and product management. Renah started her professional career as a Relationship Officer at Access Bank in 2008. After 5 years at the bank, she joined AXA Mansard as Head, Business Development in 2013 and later rose to the position of Head, Solutions Development, where she was responsible for driving scale and business growth, improving user experience and leveraging partnerships for distribution via technology.

Bayonle Amzat
Bayonle Amzat is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering, technical support, and management. He earned a BSc in Biochemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife before transitioning to the tech industry. Bayonle has held various roles throughout his career, from Social Media Manager to Technical Support Engineer to Full Stack Software Engineer, and eventually Engineering Manager. Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Zedcrest Group, where he oversees the overall technology ambitions of the group and has been instrumental in developing core technology products. Bayonle is passionate about using technology to improve human lives and is motivated by the quest to make a positive impact.

Abass Akinsanya
Abass Akinsanya is the Head of Sales and Business Development at Zedcrest Wealth, where he leads the sales team and provides strategies to drive revenue, growth, and market expansion. A certified Project and Wealth Manager, he excels in strategic leadership, problem-solving, business analysis, and change management. Before Zedcrest, Abass spent nearly a decade at Stanbic IBTC Group, holding various roles including Executive Banking and Private Wealth Management, and winning multiple “Beyond Excellence Awards.” With over 18 years of experience in financial services, Abass is an expert in Relationship, Wealth, and Portfolio Management. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Lagos and a BSc in Banking and Finance from Covenant University.

Luke Ofojebe
Luke Ofojebe is an accomplished finance professional with over eight years of experience in investment research and portfolio management. He is currently the Head of Research and Portfolio Management at Zedcrest Wealth, leading a team in delivering innovative investment strategies. His previous role as Head of Research at Vetiva Capital Management from 2020 to 2024 sharpened his expertise in market analysis. Known for his leadership skills and analytical acumen, Luke is passionate about empowering clients with tailored investment solutions. He stays updated on industry trends, maintaining his position as a key player in the financial sector.
